Terms of Service

• "Platform" refers to the BodyLytics website, applications, and all related services accessible at bodylytics.coach.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "We", "us", "our" refers to BodyLytics and its operators.
• "Content" refers to courses, lessons, videos, materials, and all educational resources available on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account you create to access the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

BodyLytics provides online courses and educational materials related to body language, non-verbal communication, and NLP coaching. Our services include:

• Self-paced online courses with video lessons and exercises.
• Live streaming sessions and webinars (available to eligible tier members).
• Community forums for peer interaction and discussion.
• Certificates of completion for finished courses.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription or course, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in EUR (€).
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. See Section 6 for our refund policy.

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for course purchases, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. If you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at support@bodylytics.coach. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, course materials, and software — is the property of BodyLytics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without our prior written consent.
• Record, screen-capture, or download live sessions or course videos.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use Content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, post, or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringing.
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users in community forums.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts.

Our community forums are spaces for constructive learning. We expect all participants to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism.
• Keep discussions relevant to course topics and body language learning.
• Refrain from sharing personal data of other users.
• Report inappropriate content or behaviour to our support team.

Violations of community guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyLytics shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in the Platform's availability.
• Actions or content of third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, etc.).

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Content will achieve specific results or outcomes for any user.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

BodyLytics courses are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. Always seek qualified professional guidance for specific situations.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform and Content ceases immediately.
• Any outstanding payments remain due.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bodylytics.coach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
