• Identify observable changes in posture, gesture, facial expression, orientation, pacing and speech behaviour during HR interactions without assigning unsupported traits.
• Demonstrate a within-interaction baseline process during low-stakes conversation and document deviations neutrally across multiple channels.
• Apply cluster-and-context analysis to distinguish possible comfort, discomfort and cognitive-load responses from conclusions about honesty, competence or intent.
• Differentiate stress, reluctance, fear and cognitive load from deception claims, using follow-up questions and procedural safeguards rather than single-cue judgments.
• Evaluate non-verbal evidence against legal, ethical and inclusion requirements, including the risks of cultural, disability-related and neurodivergent variation.
• Analyse employee-relations conversations, exit interviews and video interviews using structured observation records and calibrated verbal evidence.
• Design an evidence-based HR observation rubric that separates observation, interpretation, uncertainty and next action.
• Evaluate complete case files and justify proportionate, bias-aware HR decisions using behavioural evidence, corroboration and fair-process principles.
