Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for anything you buy from BodyLytics — online courses, live events, and team bookings. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Online courses and Academy access

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this is also your statutory right to cancel a distance contract. Where you have already started the course, we will not deduct anything for the lessons you have viewed within that 14-day window.

After 14 days, course purchases are non-refundable, because access to the material has been provided in full. If something has gone wrong — a technical fault, duplicate charge, or a purchase you did not intend — contact us anyway and we will put it right.

Live events and workshops

Free online webinars cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can simply not attend, although we would appreciate knowing.

For paid workshops and on-site events:

  • More than 14 days before the event— cancel for a full refund.
  • Within 14 days of the event— we cannot refund the ticket, because the seat has been held and the room and materials are committed. You may instead move to a future date or send a colleague in your place, at no extra cost. Just tell us their name beforehand.
  • If we cancel or reschedule— you get a full refund, or a place on the new date, whichever you prefer.
  • Non-attendance without notice is not refundable.

Team and corporate bookings

Team training and on-site workshops for organisations are covered by the written proposal or invoice for that engagement, which sets out the deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms agreed with you. Those terms take precedence over this page. Where a booking is made by a business rather than a consumer, the statutory right to cancel described above does not apply.

How to request a refund

Email support@bodylytics.coach from the address you used to buy, and tell us what you bought and when. That is all we need. We aim to reply within two working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, the money typically reaches you within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge a processing fee for refunds.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days to cancel a contract made at a distance, and separate rights if what you bought is faulty or not as described. This policy is intended to meet those rights and, in places, to be more generous than them.
