How many AI Tutor messages do I get per day?
Your daily AI Tutor allowance depends on your subscription tier: Free (10 messages), Self Study (50), Cohort (100), and VIP (500 — virtually unlimited for normal use). Even our Free tier includes a generous daily allowance, so you can start using the AI Tutor immediately.
What happens when I reach my daily AI Tutor limit?
Once you have used your daily message allowance, the AI Tutor becomes unavailable until your allowance resets at midnight (your local time). You will see a clear notification when your limit is reached. If you are consistently hitting your limit, it is a sign you are engaging deeply with the material — and an ideal time to consider upgrading for more access.
Can I upgrade for more AI Tutor messages?
Yes. If you would like a higher daily allowance, simply upgrade your subscription from your account settings or contact our support team. Your new tier takes effect immediately, and you will have access to your increased daily allowance right away.

BodyLytics Live
You get more than an expert trainer at the front of the room: the whole session runs on interactive tools built for reading people. Your team joins on their phones with a six-character code (no app, no accounts) and spends the session answering live polls, calling micro-expressions and competing on the leaderboard, in the room or over a video call.
