• Identify which non-verbal channels remain observable or become unreliable in video meetings, and state the limits of on-camera inference.
• Demonstrate an intentional on-camera presence using appropriate framing, eye line, posture, lighting and gesture space.
• Apply an observe-baseline-deviation-cluster-context method to distinguish possible engagement, fatigue and disagreement cues without treating them as proof of intent or deception.
• Analyse how video-call design contributes to cognitive and non-verbal overload, then design more humane meeting practices.
• Evaluate non-verbal evidence in video interviews, negotiations and sales calls while integrating verbal content, context and uncertainty.
• Assess the opportunities and risks of automated body-language analysis, deepfakes and machine-generated behavioural judgements, and design an ethical response protocol.
