Getting Started with BodyLytics

Welcome to BodyLytics! This guide gets you up and running in a few minutes.


Creating Your Account


  • Visit [bodylytics.coach](https://bodylytics.coach) in your browser

  • Click Enrol Now (or Log in → Join the Academy) in the top right corner

  • Enter your full name, email address, and create a password. It must include at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character

  • Check your email inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for a verification link from BodyLytics

  • Click the link to activate your account — you're now logged in and ready to explore.

    • Your Dashboard


    Once you're logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard — your personal hub for learning.

    Here's what you'll find:


  • Continue learning — jump back into a course you've already started
  • Your progress — lessons completed, study time, badges, and XP
  • My Courses, Certificates, Analytics, and Bookmarks in the sidebar

    • Enrolling in Your First Course


  • Click Courses in the main navigation and browse what's on offer

  • Open a course and review the curriculum

  • Choose your tier — the price is the same across every course:

    • - Self Study (€99) — learn at your own pace, get a certificate when you finish

    - Cohort (€449) — everything in Self Study, plus live group sessions and AI tutor access

    - VIP (€1,500) — everything in Cohort, plus 1:1 coaching with the founder

  • Enter your email and complete checkout securely via Stripe

  • Once payment is confirmed, head back to your dashboard — the course is in My Courses, ready to go

  • AI Tutor — available inside every lesson for quick questions or concept clarification
  • Community — ask questions and share insights with fellow students
