2 minutes before: Stand in an expansive posture (private space) — hands on hips or arms wide 1 minute before: Take 5 slow, deep breaths to lower cortisol Entering the room: Walk in with purpose, make eye contact, pause before sitting Sitting: Claim your space. Use armrests. Don't shrink.
