What it costs you

What the broad-strokes reader misses
A one-sided lip corner. Brows that pull together for a quarter of a second under a neutral face. The tightening around the eyes that separates a social smile from a felt one. Fast, small, and gone before the sentence ends.
How to fix it
Slow the face down. Micro-expression training is drill work, not theory: timed exposures, immediate feedback, repeated until the quarter-second stops being invisible. That module runs through every foundations course.
